A principle is given a big responsibility to make sure his school archives the best in all perspectives. And as all principals, I am truly determined to go all out for our school. I love sports. For my school, I’ve already prepared all the features for my teenagers. As you can see, our rugby team has a higher potential and I’m ready to give all what it takes to make them our future champions one day! Ever since my service here, I have started more choices of sports so that our kids will get more wider and optional choices of their interests. Not to forget our academic perspective, I have prepared extra classes, workshops and seminars often for them so that they will receive the best class of education that we can afford. Our experienced teachers have never failed to educate our students no matter how rebel teens nowadays can be. Our protest of our school will not rest until we are able to give in all to create a good and positive mindset to all our students. We believe that this isn’t impossible because we will make it possible together!

" Like all normal Malaysian schools , I thought this school was known to be one of the most problematic schools in this Pasir Gudang ! As the old saying goes , don't judge a book by its cover.Likewise , their bad rumors about this school was not true at all.When I first stepped foot at this school , only then I knew that these school students can be polished and nurtured at a cluster school standard.I started my service to this wonderful place on November 2008 and there's been tremendous changes that had happened to this school till today.From once known as a problematic school is know known as the first school to ever start teaching in the 21 Century method in Pasir Gudang."

I always address my students as the young future leaders as they are going to change the future to its best! As a senior teacher who has dedicated over a decade of service in this school, I have seen significant and great changes over the years. Yes, students here then, were really lacking of discipline and always had problems and so on. Well I'm sure this school isn't the only school with these issues! But compared to now, we have indeed changed a lot in academics, discipline and co- curriculum wise thanks to the cooperation of both students and teachers. We are able to generate intellectual and well-behaved young leaders. Of Course there are still some who misbehave and that always happens, but we, as a family will not let their hands go. Over the years, we have strived to give our future leaders the best learning environment and we have yet to rest! With our subject based classrooms featured with all the necessary requirements for them, we have become the first school among the Pasir Gudang district to be providing the 21st century of learning environment and for an ordinary school, which is a very big achievement for us indeed it is. We shall no give up on giving the best for our future leaders no matter what it takes, because we are trusted by them!

So far, I have spent over a decade of giving knowledge to my fellow students. I have gone through so much of their different behaviours as the years change. It only matters on how much our students improved among the years. We made sure every year count. We paid attention to the yearly analysis of examinations and always thought of a way to make it better. We never give up making sure we become the best among the best. Of course there are ups and downs but what matters is that we tried, and we are trying. Our students can succeed if they are polished and nurtured properly. We can “be the best" one day!

Helping students has always been my favourite thing to do.I always await for them to give me a chance to help them.Yes , our school may have discipline problems , but to prevent the students themselves have to seek help from us.As Malaysian students don’t seek help when they are in need , luckily for us all teachers in our school never fail to give up on them because we are a family.Among the years we have improved so much and we want to keep improving until we be the best!
